The yeast cells are processed in a highly controlled system to optimize the content in ß-1,3/1,6-glucans.
The yeast mannoprotein outer layer is removed to increase the exposure of ß-glucans. ß-glucans are demonstrated to help support normal immune function.
M-Glucan can be used in organic production under Regulation (EC) No 2018/848.
